Can I try the space before committing?
Yes! Book a day pass first or schedule a tour. Come see the space, meet the community, and make sure it's the right fit before you commit.
What if I need to end my membership early?
We require 30 days' notice for cancellations. If you leave before your commitment ends, early termination terms apply (let us know and we'll walk you through it).
Is this my own dedicated desk, or do I share it?
It's your dedicated desk in a shared room with other Premium Fixed Desk members. Your things stay at your desk, it's yours for the duration of your membership.
What happens to my desk if I go on holiday?
Your desk stays yours! You're paying for the consistency and convenience of having your own space whenever you need it. (We also have a freeze policy, just ask.)
Can I use the meeting rooms even if my plan already include hours?
Absolutely. Your plan includes 6 hours per month, and you can book additional hours at member rates. Plus, phone booths and brainstorm rooms are unlimited and free
Do I get access to other Impact Hub locations?
Yes! The Impact Hub Passport gives you free access to Impact Hub spaces worldwide for up to 3 days per year. Great for when you're traveling.
